Do I need to change drive belt for Nissan Maxima, 1998, 107K mileage?

Manual suggest to change drive belt at 105K miles, Mechanic said Maxima 1998 has timing chain, not a belt. No need for the change.Do I need to change drive belt for Nissan Maxima, 1998, 107K mileage? No chain but there are two drive belts powersteering belt short one and alternator A/C belt longer one. The 12mm bolt on the powersteering pump and 14mm piviot bolt loosened you can turn the vertical adjuster bolt in clockwise to loosen the ps belt. From under and on top loosen the 14mm center of the A/C idler then on top turn counter clockwise on the adjuster careful do not back the adjuster all the way off the end if you do so the adjuster nut will not thread back on straight and you will break off the adjuster. Nissan Technician may charge an hour to do both belts. Home DIY guys and Gals be careful use jack stands. Automotive lift for this job really helps.Do I need to change drive belt for Nissan Maxima, 1998, 107K mileage?Yes,You have a chain on this model.
