How difficult and expencive is it to change a seat belt in the back seat of a licon ls?

my 5 year old son some how got the shoulder belt twisted around his stomach and the dang think locked up. just kept getting tighter. tryed to get him out but couldnt so we had to cut the belt! anyone know how much trouble it will be to change?How difficult and expencive is it to change a seat belt in the back seat of a licon ls?Oh no!
