How do you get your karate belt to change on Millsberry?

Im a yellow belt on Millsberry and when i try to wear it is still on a white belt. How can I fix that?How do you get your karate belt to change on Millsberry?There seems to be an error with the belts on the Karate game. I'm supposed to have a green belt and when I put it on it is still a no belt (nor have I gotten any certificates either). But to get the new belt it used to be that you would have to go to the dojo and click on Sensai.
